Moses Cooper, ISA Certified Arborist, Owner
The firm is led by Moses Cooper with over 17 years of experience in the tree care profession, he has been an ISA Certified Arborist #MI-4220A designation since 2013. Moses has multiple industry specific credentials including Certified Wildlife Protector by the Wildlife Training Institute, Certified Mauget Injection Installer, and Electrical Hazard Awareness by the Tree Care Industry Association. Moses loves teaching and encouraging new tree climbers and is an accomplished competitive tree climber, earning 1st in Belayed Speed Climbing, and 2nd in Aerial Rescue/Throwline/Work Climb in the Michigan Tree Climbing Championship. His support of Durango Botanical Gardens at the lifetime benefactor level, is one of many ways he helps introduce and foster the love of plants and trees within the community. When Moses is off the jobsite, he is climbing one of his favorite trees “Pondosaurous” or is exploring the many diverse forest ecosystems we have in Southwest Colorado.
“I have been involved in forest and tree restoration commercially since 2004. I have worked for the Colorado State Forest Service, the Untied States Forest Service, and five private companies. Including a three year period working with a Board Certified MAster Arborist and nationally ranked competitive tree climber.
