Crew Member Spotlight

Alex Cardenas brings a love of the outdoors, challenge, and continual learning to the Momentum Tree Experts team. He enjoys the physical and mental challenge of arboriculture. Each day calls for focus, problem-solving, and respect for trees and the landscape around them.

Alex admires coast live oaks for their strength and structure. Giant sequoias also hold a special place in his heart. They remind him of a place he loves and of the scale and resilience trees can bring to a landscape.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys fly fishing, skiing, playing bass, and learning new things. He is also a fan of horror movies, proving that a day spent safely high in the canopy does not always provide enough suspense on its own.
