The Job
Full-time: At least four 10-hour shifts

We are seeking a Plant Health Care (PHC) Manager to lead and grow our plant health care program. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about tree and plant health, enjoys problem-solving in the field, and wants to take ownership of a high-impact, evolving tree care line.
In this role, you will build, manage, and execute a comprehensive PHC program, working with a wide range of treatments while prioritizing organic and environmentally responsible solutions. You’ll operate a state-of-the-art service truck, diagnose plant health issues, and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow our plant health care (PHC) program, currently generating approximately $1M annually
- Diagnose tree and plant health issues and develop effective treatment plans
- Apply a variety of treatments, with an emphasis on organic and environmentally responsible solutions
- Identify insect, disease, and environmental stress issues and recommend appropriate treatments
- Operate and maintain PHC equipment and service vehicles
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism
